Collection: White tympanum

A small-scale family farm lovingly run for over 20 years by Deborah and Cheda, a photographer and therapist from London who fell in love with this beautiful part of Italy.

On their 7 hectares of land, they cherish ancient olive trees and apply regenerative, organic farming methods. The olive oil is produced in small, exclusive batches with respect for the land and traditional practices.

The extra virgin olive oil has a beautiful green color with a golden glow and a fruity taste with refined spicy notes.
