Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Harvested and pressed in November 2025 from the finest olives in Calabria (Italy) from Timpa Bianca: a small-scale family farm that has been lovingly run for over 20 years by Deborah and Cheda, a photographer and therapist from London who fell in love with this beautiful part of Italy.

On their 7 hectares of land, they cherish ancient olive trees and apply regenerative, organic farming methods. The olive oil is produced in small, exclusive batches with respect for the land and traditional methods.

The extra virgin olive oil has a beautiful green color with a golden glow and a fruity taste with refined spicy notes.

Handmade ceramic bottle made by Jungi Mundi

The bottle was handcrafted exclusively for us by Jungi Mundu, a social cooperative in the Calabrian village of Camini. "Jungi Mundu" means "unite the world" in the Calabrian dialect. The organization offers refugees from developing countries and war zones a safe place in Italy, with housing and Italian language lessons. They also get the opportunity to learn artisanal skills in various workshops, including ceramics.

The same extra virgin olive oil from Timpa Bianca, now as a refill for your ceramic bottle. Supplied in a practical 1 liter package, so you can continue to enjoy this special oil without buying a new bottle. Simply refill your ceramic bottle and give it a second life.

Designed in London, England

In collaboration with an award-winning designer from England, we have designed a unique label for the bottles. These also all have their own number. In this way, we want to make not only the oil, but also the design, a distinctive experience.
