Our Story

Born from a shared love for nature, craftsmanship and authentic connections, Virnelli was founded in 2024 as a father-son company. We embarked on a mission to bring the beauty of real products, real food and tradition to your kitchen table. The journey began with a tour of Italy, in search of the perfect product, a product that is not only remarkable in itself, but also tells a story.

We visited the hills of Tuscany, the landscapes of Puglia and the coastlines of Calabria and discovered the rich diversity of Italian olive oils. In the beautiful landscapes of Lazio, just an hour's drive from Rome, we found Al Fornovecchio. This warm, friendly family with a passion for organic olives and traditional production immediately felt like home. Unlike large-scale farms that work with hundreds of thousands of liters, this small family farm produces only 400 liters of olive oil in a good year. Everything is organic: nothing touches the olives except sun and water.

During a shared meal in Italy at the family table with a view of the old olive trees, we felt a deep connection with both the family and the oil we tasted there. Authenticity and scarcity, inspires us at Virnelli.
