Marco's grandfather Dino once started the farm. In 2023, the new generation took over. On this small organic farm, vegetables, olive oil, wine and herbs are grown - all with respect for nature.

Every day of the year the trees are monitored and treated with care. Completely organic, with regular pruning, disease prevention, water management and natural fertilization to allow the trees to grow optimally.

Picking

With the whole family

In October, the whole family gathers to help harvest the hundreds of olive trees. The nets are stretched, the olives are shaken from the trees and collected in bins. Of course, the communal lunch is an indispensable tradition during this special day.

Presses

Cold pressed

After harvesting, the olives are taken directly to the press and transformed into exclusive extra virgin olive oil. This rapid processing ensures the lowest acidity and preserves all the refined aromas in the oil.
