From London to Calabria

Twenty years ago, Deborah and Cheda left London and fell in love with this extraordinary corner of Calabria. Since then, they have run Timpa Bianca: a small-scale family farm and agri-wellness resort where they nurture 7 hectares of olive, almond and bergamot groves, fruit trees, a vineyard, and fields abundant with aromatic plants and wildflowers.

Centuries-old olive trees

The philosophy of Timpa Bianca revolves around stewardship of centuries-old olive trees and regenerative, organic farming methods. Every day the trees are treated with care, where ancient knowledge and modern techniques work hand in hand.

Small harvest, big meaning

In November, the olives are harvested according to traditional methods. The harvest is processed in small, exclusive batches—always with respect for the land and in honor of the centuries-old practices that have been applied here for generations.

Handcrafted with a mission

Our ceramic bottles are exclusively handcrafted by Jungi Mundu, a social cooperative in the Calabrian village of Camini. "Jungi Mundu" means "unite the world" in the Calabrian dialect. The organization provides refugees with a safe haven in Italy and teaches them artisanal skills such as ceramics, weaving, and woodworking.
